At The Nest, a place to land also means a path forward. We are a day-to-night shelter and resource hub that provides 56 overnight beds and daytime access for hundreds of individuals— ensuring people have a safe place to go when many other shelters close during the day. Participants can connect with essential services like case management, medical care, housing and employment support, meals, laundry, and mail, all in one consistent location.

 

As the only day-to-night center of our kind in the region, The Nest was designed intentionally with dignity in mind, and is staffed in part by people with lived experience. With a special focus on veterans, single fathers, families with teens, and other groups underserved by traditional shelter systems, The Nest establishes a reliable environment where participants can actively work toward stability. 

 

Because when people have a positive place to land and are empowered to achieve more, everything changes.
